About 1555 28th St S #10
We are looking for someone to take over our lease that ends January 31, 2014. The move-in date is flexible; the beginning of September is preferred but let us know and we'll try to work with you. The apartment is part of The Park at Arlington Ridge apartment complex. It's a great, spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with ample closet space and a washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen opens up to the living area, giving this 972 sq. ft. apartment an open and inviting feel. This apartment is a "garden-style" apartment on the 3rd floor (but only 1/2 flight of stairs up). The amenities in the complex include a 24-hour fitness center, club room, swimming pool, concierge service, and a whole slew of other benefits. They also have free shuttle service to the Pentagon City metro stop. If you have a car, they provide a parking permit for 1 car in the parking lot near the apartment. There is ample free street parking for any additional cars or a garage for a monthly fee. Currently these apartments cost at least $2200.00 a month, not including utilities. We rent the apartment for $1832.00 a month (also not including utilities). This awesome discounted price will continue until the end of the lease. All the leasing office is asking from you is a security deposit of $1832.00 and a $50 application fee per person. If you want to bring a pet, our lease includes a waived pet deposit AND waived $50 a month pet fee, so you won't be paying anything for your dog or cat! Their pet policy is as follows: "2 Dogs or Cats per apartment welcome (2 pets maximum) 50 lb. weight limit per pet. Pet Rent- $50/cats and dogs (monthly) Pet Fee- $500 non-refundable pet fee." We are also including a professional carpet cleaning that we'll pay for--we can pick a date that works best for you. If you are seriously interested, we can set up an apartment viewing.
