Excellent property! All the way from management, leasing and maintiance crew . The grounds are always top notch and the office staff really seem to care about the properties tenants. Highly recommend !

I would choose Serra Vista Apartments over a luxury apartment any day because living here was an overall amazing experience and I genuinely had 0 complaints. Because I loved it so much, I want to write a very detailed review~ Location & Safety: - The location is great, it is an under 10 minute drive to the freeway, Safeway, Alderwood Mall, Target, Costco, H-Mart, Trader Joes and many other stores. - It is a pretty safe and quiet area in my opinion. I have a 2 year old daughter and would often take her for walks around the neighbourhood and never felt unsafe at all. In fact, many families with children live at Serra Vista. In my building at the time of move out, out of 8 units, at least 5 had young kids. - I have never had a package stolen here. Although they have parcel lockers in the office, the carriers dont always use the lockers and sometimes leave the packages at the tenants door. I get many many packages, there was twice where my packages sat in front of the door overnight and were still there the next day. Sometimes my packages would be misdelivered and whoever received it would knock on my door to return it to me within a day. - They do have a third party security patrol that drives around at night. I never had a reason to contact the security but it was nice knowing that they are around if needed. Noise Levels: - I lived in a bottom unit. I was only able to hear my upstairs neighbours walking from time to time or when they dropped something, which I feel is just part of apartment living and didnt bother us at all. I never heard my next door neighbours a single time. - When my daughter was first born, I had a ton of anxiety that neighbours would complain about the baby crying in the middle of the night or that they would complain about her when she becomes a toddler and becomes more vocal and active. She cries a lot - sometimes at 3am, but no one ever complained. Once I even apologized to a neighbour in passing, saying that I'm sorry if they hear my kid crying a lot at night. They told me it wasnt a problem and that they rarely noticed which really gave me a peace of mind Parking: - Parking passes are provided to tenants to display on their vehicle so parking is not assigned unless you are paying for a garage or covered spot, however parking is not usually an issue unless you are coming home very late at night - Ample street parking is available - Car prowling / Car theft is on the rise all over Washington. But you shouldnt have a problem as long as you practice common sense (lock car, dont leave ANYTHING visible in the car) Maintanence: - The maintanence guys are very friendly and very proactive. Every morning I would see them walk the property to pick up any litter that people left behind the day before - even in the rain. Thanks to them, the property was consistently clean and well kept. - They are very knowledgable at their jobs. During an inspection they let me know that tin foil on stove burners is a dangerous fire hazard. They were really nice about it and I was glad they informed me because I had no idea! - Maintanence guys are very responsive to work requests and are in general able to complete your request accurately the first time. - Every Tuesday morning a third party landscaper comes to cut the grass, blow leaves, trim bushes etc which keeps the property looking great Office Staff: - The office staff are all so sweet and so helpful. They are very quick to respond to emails and phone calls. - The leasing office is opened 7 days a week which is really nice if you need to pop in and ask a quick question. It makes contacting them very accessible. - They are really respectful of tenants and put great emphasis on following housing guidelines such as alerting tenants if someone will be entering the unit (such as to test the fire alarms) I'm running out of characters but just want to say that if I ever move back to Lynnwood, I would love to live at Serra Vista again. They really were the overall best Apartment complex I have ever lived in by far!
