Dear Future Roommate! Hi, my name is Bella! I am currently looking for an excellent roommate! I reside in a three-bedroom and 1/2-bathroom Victorian apartment in the lovely Haight Ashbury Area. And I am looking to get someone in by August 1st. Amina (your future roommate) lives in one of the bedrooms, and I reside in the other. And you, my friend, will reside in a lovely bedroom with a balcony to the garden in the backyard. The apartment has a full kitchen and a Washer and Dryer on site. If you have a car, there is plenty of street parking. The rent is $1,650.00 for this lovely room. Utilities (power, internet, and cleaning service) go for around $80.00 - $100.00 monthly. A required deposit is two months rent on a one year lease. A little about myself: I am a full-time artist, funny, chill, and clean. I am looking for someone nice, clean, and chill like us with a steady full time job. Also, we are both vaccinated and boosted! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in the apartment. Lastly, viewings of the apartment will be virtual at first, and if you become one of the final candidates, I will give you the option of an in-person tour and the application link to fill out. Also, please only respond if you want to move in on July 1st. I am only looking for folks who are looking to move in on July 1st, and also, please, no couples.
