This is a commercial space located at 147A Clement Street near 2nd Avenue in the Richmond District. This space does NOT have storefront space and has been used in the past as a woodworking shop, music recording studio, film studio, and tech start up office. This is NOT retail space. The space includes a half bathroom, two large skylights, high ceilings, and bare concrete floor. Owner will gladly negotiate for the cost of some tenant improvement work. Please inquire with the RMC office to discuss the suitability of the space for your business and the level of upgrades you would like to have completed. Tenant pays PG&E and water, owner pays garbage. NO SMOKING. To visit any of our available properties: RMC uses a key checkout system that does not require an appointment to view any of our available rental homes. Please come to our office at 1234 Castro Street, at 24th Street in Noe Valley, any time between 8AM and 4PM Monday through Friday or 10AM to 4PM Saturday and Sunday to check out keys for one hour. You will need to bring a photo ID and a $40 cash deposit to check out keys. We'll make a copy of your photo ID and return it to you and we will return your $40 deposit when you return the keys in an hour.
