My name is Walker and I own a beautiful remodeled 2 bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse on Greenwood Ave & 130th next to Bitterlake. It's in a fantastic location with tons of great places nearby: food, taphouse, grocery stores, gyms, busses outside the front door, easy access to I5, Ballard and Greenwood. I'm looking for a roommate to rent out my large spare bedroom that will be open early March 2019. We will be great roommates if you are: Respectful, ULTRA clean, pick-up-after-themself kind of person who takes charge in doing chores around the house and keeps common areas clean. I'm looking for someone who is easy to get along with as we should enjoy living with each other and each others company. Additionally, as of right now I'm not around a lot so you'll have the townhouse to yourself a majority of the time! Not looking for someone who wants to have a bunch of friends over as I'm more about going out to bars or other peoples houses. You should have a good, stable job with no issues paying rent on-time. I'm a professional in my 20's who has lived in Seattle most of my life. I recently made a change in my life and have chosen to go back to school. When I am home I enjoy being active, going to the gym and spending time with friends. I snowboard, love cars, the outdoors, concerts, traveling, dogs, good food and drinks. I'm easy to get along with, open minded and easy going. I'm just a bit OCD about keeping the common areas of my house clean and organized. I do have a 15lb dog named Mylo that lives with me most of the time. When I'm not staying at the house he will not be there. He's an easy little guy to get along with and when I'm gone during the day he stays in his kennel.
