You can rent it furnished or unfurnished, your choice. The house is 4 blocks from the ocean with sweeping views of the Puget Sound &; Olympic mountains, and a 10-minute walk to Carkeek Park. The 28 to downtown Seattle stops right in front of the house. The house has 2 off-street parking spaces (no garage). One parking space is reserved for your use and one for the upstairs tenant (plenty of free street parking available). The house is available immediately, and we're looking for long-term renters. Pets considered with strong pet references and pet deposit. Limit of 2 pets. Pet rent is per animal to cover wear/tear on the house (pet rent will be as follows = $25 for 1 animal, $35 for 2).Utilities not included in rent. 1-year lease required. No smoking in the house permitted. No Co-signers. Renters insurance required. Verified income ratio: 3:1. Minimum credit score: 720+
