You can rent it furnished or unfurnished, your choice. The house is 4 blocks from the ocean with sweeping views of the Puget Sound &; Olympic mountains, and a 10-minute walk to Carkeek Park. The 28 to downtown Seattle stops right in front of the house. The house has 2 off-street parking spaces (no garage). One parking space is reserved for your use and one for the upstairs tenant (plenty of free street parking available). The house is available immediately, and we're looking for long-term renters.
