No need to worry about water, sewer, garbage, landscaping, electricity, gas, HOA or any other fees. The owner will pay for it, you get to enjoy the space. No smoking allowed indoors, only one small dog is allowed. First month, last month, and deposit are due at signing. If there are damages found at the end of term property inspections, repairs will be paid for from the deposit.
