Excellent place to live in Richmond downtown with reasonable price. Very nice neighborhood. I stayed here for 1 years 2 months in 2021. Supportive staff and management.

Just moved in a few months ago, and couldn't love living at Exchange Place more. Awesome location in downtown/Shockoe Slip, beautiful and quiet apartments, extremely responsive leasing and maintenance staff. Ashleigh made moving in a breeze, and was great to work with. I put in multiple maintenance requests this weekend, and they were resolved almost immediately. I'm convinced I lucked out and found the greatest apartment complex in RVA :)
