Property Id: 1833420 Hi! My name is Melissa (Mel), and I've just bought a beautiful house near VCU. 3 bed, 2.5 bath, central AC, front porch & large backyard with secure parking. I'm looking for a housemate (it would just be the two of us) to rent a really nice, unfurnished 2nd-floor bedroom featuring hardwood floors, a ceiling fan, spacious closet, and a pleasant view of the street. Must be clean, respectful, a non-smoker (420-friendly OK on the patio), and enjoyable to live with! You would have your own bedroom, plus a personal bathroom and access to the rest of the house, including the living room, modern kitchen, and a guest room for a friend to stay over. You would have a secure space in the fenced back lot to park your car! We would split utilities & WiFi, which I estimate to be $70-$100/mo each. My dad (Kenny) is managing the listing, but I'm the one living there.
