Looking for a flatmate to a 1 bedroom in a 2BR/1bath apartment in the excelsior area, available for rent asap. Rent is 1500, utilities and internet will be around $35/mo. I'm a male in my late 20s, working in tech in the city. Ideally I'm looking for somebody in the same age range but I'm happy to see if we're a good fit otherwise. I'm hoping to cook a bit more nowadays but we'll have more than enough space in the kitchen if you do. Also pretty relaxed about overnight guests, as well as most other aspects of shared living so hoping to have that in common. Can be rented on a month to month basis but priority will be given to longer term renters. The room is 10 x 12, and I've attached pictures of the room previously furnished. The bedroom will come furnished with a bed, a wall mirror, and a TV mount that I'm too lazy to re-use. You can feel free to borrow that for the duration of your rental. Unfortunately there's no in-unit laundry, but we have a washer and dryer in the garage of the building. I personally prefer to use the laundromat around the corner for its convenience. The location is 2 streets away from restaurants on mission street and about 5 minutes walk away from Safeway. You can get to FiDi in about 35-45 minutes by bus + bart, the bus stops are about a minute walk away. I'm hoping to show the room on nights or weekends. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
