Upstairs features the main bedroom with walk in closet and attached bath, 2 additional bedrooms and 2nd full bath. The home has gas heat, a large patio in the back with a gas fire-pit and semi-circular bench that backs to a greenspace and an extra paved parking space next to the garage. The downstairs family room, kitchen, and dining room are remodeled as are the bathrooms. Appliances included are range, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal and washer/dryer hookups. Basic garbage and recycling are included in the rent, tenant is responsible for all other utilities. Rent = $2,495.00; Minimum Gross Household Income = $7,485.00. TERMS: • Minimum gross household income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent • One year rental agreement. • NON-SMOKING PROPERTY.
