There were different people in management a few years ago but the new management is amazing! Land Lady is the best I've ever had so far. If theres a problem let them know and they are on it. It is well worth the price you pay to live here. It was way cheaper to live here than some other small apartments that weren't as nice. Apartments are nice and includes a community pool. Definitely worth looking at at least!

People here are sociable without being invasive, and neighbors are super polite as long as you are. Make friends with your neighbors and they'll look out for you. I'm having trouble with my upstairs neighbors making noise, and the community manager, Dianey, has been an absolute hero every step of the way. She bends over backwards to make sure everyone here gets what they need. She went out of her way to help us make things go smoothly when we drove here overnight from California, and she does a great job making everyone feel welcome. Repairs are quick, and staff is understanding. The scenery is gorgeous and well-maintained. Nobody plays loud music or is disruptive; I've never experienced any sort of notable bad behavior from any resident here. Everybody respects the no-smoking rule and smokes outside the premises. They look intimidating, but they're nice people. Even the kids don't make excessive noise when they play outside. It's got a (CLEAN!!!) pool and a small dog park, and parking isn't a nightmare. It's a really great place.
