Details on the condo: Full kitchen with a sink island Stainless steel appliances Living room furnished by one of the roommates with sofas and a TV which you have access to Lot's of pantry and storage space A housekeeper comes in every two weeks to keep the place clean You also have access to many community amenities such as The Resort (for a one time $25 fee to get an access card) which has a gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a few other things. There are many local stores and restaurants to check out in the area. The theater is very cool. And you will be less than 10 minutes from the beach and there are some awesome hiking trails nearby! Details on roommates: Both are working in startup-like businesses. One is in his early 30's and starting the first dentistry office in Playa Vista. He's a practicing dentist with an MBA (having graduated from USC). He's very friendly and is always going out and about with friends and networking. The other is working for a carrier software company, usually working from home by communicating with engineers and other company members over video chat. He's usually busy with work but is friendly and loves having intellectual conversations. Most of the stuff in the condo is his but he treats everything as if it were ours, so you shouldn't mind using it. And sometimes he cooks (really well) and offers a plate. His girlfriend comes over every once a while. She's very sweet. He has a really cute dog that looks like a fox. It can be very energetic but very sweet. Definitely not an aggressive dog. The owner of the condo only allows one dog so you can't bring a dog with you unfortunately. Anyhow, this roommate handles all the financials so after signing the lease papers through the owner, the rent and utilities can be handled through him unless you prefer to do so directly with the owner. Ideal person: Looking for someone M or F who works hard in some industry. Has to be clean and neat outside of the bedroom. Must be considerate of other's belongings. Both roommates are heavy sleepers but quiet is always appreciated late at night (no drying clothes at 2 AM for example).
