Toss your area rug on the floor and hang your tv on the wall and you will have the perfect man cave! Tenants are responsible for all yard care (mowing and snow removal are a must). No cats; however a small dog is allowed with a one-time, non-refundable fee of $150 and a monthly fee of $35. Renters insurance is required. No smoking in the home please.
