King Arthur's Court is a decent place to live, but what makes it really shine is the service and expertise is the property manager Theresa. I have lived here for almost 5 years and we have been through 4+ managers. It was the same thing each time, a person that didn't really care, did the bare minimum and we had no connection to them. Now, we have Theresa and you can tell a difference in the residents, the property and the community that we now have a manager that really shines, give a damn about our well being and has gotten the community into tip top shape. This woman is amazing. She is real, has a heart, isn't afraid to do what the other managers haven't and any apartment community would be blessed/lucky to have her as their manager.

I have lived at King Arthur’s Court for 5 years now and have seen my fair share of property managers come and go throughout my time here. None of these past property managers have put in the time and effort that Theresa has. She has truly gone above and beyond contributing to the safety of our community. She makes it a point to know who the residents are and every interaction has been friendly and personable. Her commitment to improving this property is apparent and is very much appreciated. I have a renewed sense of safety living here due to the level of care and attention she puts into her job!
