This wonderful home is located on a cul-de-sac and has one off street parking space as well as parking directly in front of the home. This is a three bedroom plus bonus room, two bathroom house. In the original portion of the house, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, living room and kitchen. In the extension and finished basement is where you will find a bonus room, Garage, unfinished basement suitable for storage, and a finished bedroom/family room with an additional bathroom. There’s a usable front yard with a small porch, very large raised deck off of the kitchen, and a terraced backyard, with access from the basement. The attached garage has access into the home and could be used for a small car, but has most often been used for storage. The house was recently painted throughout with new carpet in all living spaces. There have also been updates to the bathrooms and kitchen. The tenant is responsible for paying all utilities. They will have an individual account set up with Seattle city light for electricity. Water, sewer, garbage, gas stays in the owner’s name, but the bill will be routed to the tenant for payment. Renters insurance is required. Small, house trained pets are allowed with an additional deposit of $250 and pet rent $25 a month per pet.
