My roommate is moving in with his significant other and I am looking to fill his space. Move in date is April 1st. The lease is through October, but I love this place and plan to renew. The unit is a rented condo in a "high rise" in SW Waterfront. The rent is $1060/mo and it's due 3 days before the 1st (Landlord wants his check on the first). Utilities are included. The unit is a spacious 2BR 1.5Bath condo with a balcony that overlooks Nat's Park. We have a dishwasher. HVAC is controlled by thermostat and turing the individual room units on or off. The room has big closets, floor to ceiling mirrors and windows. There is a lot of natural light. The room is 11.5' x 14'. The entire condo is 1194 sq ft. The building has 24hour concierge, on-site management, and cheap laundry (card operated). We're half a block from the metro and Safeway. There are also a few dry cleaners and a yoga studio within a 5 minute walk. The building is pet friendly. I'm a 35yo professional that sometimes works from home. I teach sailing on the weekends sometimes and if you think of sailor, you pretty much have me. I'm not a clean freak, but I don't do grime. There's no excuse to be gross with a dishwasher. I'm looking for a 25-40 year old that's a decent human being and pays rent on time. It's a condo building, so being respectful is important.
