As you enter, notice the hardwood floors in the main living area and the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, and tile backsplash. The living room has lots of natural light coming through the doors to the private balcony. The bedroom features carpeting, a large window, and lots of closet space. The bathroom has a large mirror, wood vanity and tile in the shower area. The area around the condo abounds with amenities! King Greenleaf Recreation Center, Southwest Waterfront Park, and the Wharf Waterfront Park are all within 0.5 miles.
