The house is on a quiet tree-lined street, just one block from the shops and restaurants on M St. The Alhambra Safeway is a few blocks away and freeway access is right around the corner. We require excellent credit and income, and this is a no smoking property. Indoor cats only allowed. Tenant pays all water/sewer, gas and electricity.
