This is a one-story single family house with hardwood floors and tile throughout. Fenced back and side yard in a quiet neighborhood but with easy access to Mopac, 183, and Parmer. Perfect for a young couple or small family. Back yard is small but typical of the neighborhood, side yard is larger and has beds for flowers/vegetables. It's partially updated - kitchen appliances, ceiling fans, lights, central A/C, etc. have been replaced in the past five years, but kitchen and bathroom counters are still original, they have not been upgraded yet.
