In addition to being a block from the beach, it is within walking distance of all the local spots, including restaurants on the Hermosa Plaza and the Green-store on 22nd street, as well as the North End bar and grill on 26th street. The pier is a 15-minute walk away. The Penthouse unit has been completely renovated with new flooring and appliances. There is no garage available- however, you can purchase a parking permit from the city of Hermosa Beach. Parking is not a problem at the location, only on holidays such as the Fourth of July and a few hot summer weekends
