Moved in about a month ago. Everything went smooth and Melania took care of all of our questions from start to finish. Maintenance voluntarily came to check on our sink as I mentioned it may possibly get backed up easily but they took care of it in no time. Our apt is great and we have no complaints about Playa del Oro.

So far so good. Maintenance team is great! Greg at the office is great as well! I've only been here for a month and a week. I'll circle back by end of year.
