This home has full tile downstairs, fresh paint throughout, and brand new carpeting upstairs and throughout the second story. We are looking for a 12 month lease starting within the next 14 days Move In Costs include: Security Deposit $ 1700 (subject to credit screening, fully refundable) + First month rent $1900 + Preparation Fee $200 + Application Fee ($45 per Applicant) + Any Applicable pet fees We charge a $300 holding deposit at time of application. This will allow you to hold the unit for 14 days. Once approved, the holding fee and application fee will go towards your move in costs. If by chance you are not approved the $300 holding fee is refunded. Tenant responsible for all utilities We run a full back ground/credit check. We are looking for a 12 month lease, 3.3x's rent (including pet fees) in income, and good rental history on all applicants. If a tenant has a registered therapy pet and would like us to waive the pet policy (no fees), they will need to provide a Verification of Disability by having our Pet Verification form filled out by their Medical Provider.
