BEACHSIDE UPGRADE WITH OPEN FLOOR PLAN COMMON FENCED YARD GRANITE KITCHEN AND BATH COUNTERS, TILED BATH EASY SF/PENINSULA/BART/SFO COMMUTE CATS OK, SMALL DOGS PREFERRED. BREED RESTRICITIONS WALK TO SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS AROUND CORNER BART WITHIN 15MIN. SMC BUS LINE AT CORNER Pacifica: I have to say that Pacifica is truly a special town. Clean streets, fresh air, nice weather (just south of the fog-line) and a small-town "village" feeling with plenty of access to the big city up north (see below). It's got a great vibe, and a good balance between the regular commuters, the families, the young professionals, and the occasional surfers too! (Pacifica State Beach beach is infamous for it's surf). Location: The apartment building is located north pacifica-manor district just off SCENIC Esplanade Drive. The city of Pacifica is 10 miles south of San Francisco, and if that's where you're headed you've got a lot of options. The i280 runs along the eastern edge of Pacifica, and there is an entrance less than a mile away from the house. There is a BART stop within 5 minutes drive from the house, and of course route 1 runs right through town, and you can cruise down to Half Moon Bay in less than 20 mins, or get to the big city in about 10 mins (the i280 is faster, about 10 mins to the city, but route 1 is a nicer drive). Shopping: Less than a mile down the road you have a small shopping center with Lucky's Market, RiteAid, Starbucks and other small shops. 1 mile east is the Serramonte Shopping Center where you'll find the almighty Target along with 100s of other stores. Few blocks down the hill (on the coast) is Manor Plaza with a Safeway, a 24-Hour Fitness, Auto Parts Store and some really cool independent shops (a great deli, a surfer-bar, and an amazing brick-oven pizza place).
