UPDATE: Management seems to address concerns in a fairly quick time frame. While some units have been updated, keep in mind that this is an old building that has its own share of quirks associated with it. If you are looking for a modern building, consider Amazonville. My unit had issues with proper ventilation so be mindful when cooking smokey food in your kitchen.
