Pets are allowed however, we only accept small animals and non aggressive breeds-landlords discretion. Utilities NOT included- water, sewer, electricity, cable, gas etc.) Newly remodeled. Tenant pays all utilities. We are willing to accept small pets-non-aggressive breeds-landlord approval. 1-2 year lease. We require most recent pay stubs (3 months) proof of income W2 or 1040, 3 months bank statements to support income (3 times of rent). Tenants are responsible for landscape maintenance. Lease Requirements: Credit score of 700+ FICO- No Evictions- Good Rental History- Non-Smoking- Sorry, no "Co-Signer" Leases. Landlord will not accept a comprehensive reusable screening report by a consumer reporting agency. All applicants must be present during showing, Rental insurance is required. By appointment only.
