I was skeptical at first if these apartments would be comfortable as this would be the first time I'd be living in a studio but I took a leap of faith. I toured a unit & was impressed with how simple it was (in a good way!). I applied since they said there would be a larger unit available when I was planning to move & I wasn't disappointed once I did! It's cozy and the tenants are super nice. If I ever end up buying a house, I'll be very sad when I move out. Everyone is super friendly & the building encourages a community-minded attitude - such a unique living experience I didn't think I'd like this much. The new property management company that starting running the place recently seems like they are doing a better job than the previous ones - so far so good! If you plan on living in Seattle but want to be close to Downtown, this is the perfect spot with minimal outside noise, lots of restaurants & stores nearby, and more! It's a place you have to see in person for sure!
