Multiple Applicants In the event that there are multiple co-applicants, each adult applicant must submit a separate online application within 24 hours of the original applicant. Co-signor guidelines: if an applicant has a credit score between 551-599 they may have a co-signor. Applicants with credit scores below 600 are not eligible for co-signors. The co-signor must have a 600 CS and 3.5X rent in income to qualify as a co-signor.
