The entire 800 SF top floor is dedicated to the master suite, which offers the best views. Includes a large walk-in closet and washer/dryer. Easy access to Rainier Ave, I-5, I-405, and I-90 makes this location a commuter's dream. Monthly yard care of the property included at no additional cost. 2-car driveway available for use. No smoking. Pet friendly, pets allowed with qualified PetScreening and additional deposit/pet rent. No charge for ESA and Service Animals. $55 application fee per adult 18 years and older. 12 month lease offered with first month's rent and equal security deposit. Tenant responsible for 75% of utility bills. Bottom floor and garage are occupied and not available for tenant use, only pass-through access. You must view property before applying.
