This is a cozy 2 story craftsman home in a safe and friendly neighborhood. It has been remodeled fully just a few years ago. 4 bedrooms 2.5 baths with a detached 1 car garage and entertainment area outside. Fully fenced-in backyard. The tenant takes care of all utilities and yard maintenance. Owned by a small business living locally, they hope to find a family who will want this to be their home for several years to come. Inquire for a full list of requirements via email or phone. We require 1st month's rent and a security deposit upon lease signing. Renters insurance upon lease signing. Gross household income to be no less than 3 times the monthly rent. If less you are not qualified. No criminal records, no collections of more than $4000. No late payments in the past 12 months. Pets will be approved case by a case basis with an additional $35 pet rent/per month/ pet. And $350 pet deposit per pet. Credit score 650 required, anything below that will be denied. Verifiable income needed and will call to verify 2-3 years of rental history and employment history. Application fee $47 per person nonrefundable. All above 18 years of age must apply.
