We do not discriminate based on FHSA-mandated non-discrimination mandates, You rent a bedroom; all other areas are shared among the other roommates. We have House Rules (or, a Code of Conduct - CoC - Addendum 1) where violations/failures may result in charges. The CoCs are no joke; they represent corrective actions from over 10 years of co-living. If you live with Personal Responsibility and can live in Peace and Harmony (per the CoC), you will fit in, otherwise you will not. Applicant screening fees are refundable upon move-in. There are LGBQT+ roommates, so acceptance is a must. We share house chores on an equitable basis. There is plenty of off-road parking. There are no nearby bus stops (sorry!) The first person who passes the application screening AND pays the Move-In/Membership Fee gets the room with commitment. Also, tell me where you found this advertisement.
