Property Id: 2409540 1 large bedroom with private bathroom available in spacious house in a quiet neighborhood- South Austin. -- Maximum of 3 people including me sharing this house at any time. -- Minimum of a 3-month lease and 2-month notice of moving out. -- Rooms: 15x11 I have 1 queen bed, dresser and nightstand available if you don't yet have a bed. -- Bathroom is not shared, It is your personal bathroom. There is a shared half bath downstairs. -- Kitchen full of appliances. Living room with 110" projector and high quality sound. -- Gym available for use (agreement will have to be signed before use is allowed.) -- Garage is well stocked with tools. I'm using it most days but if you need to do something quick like change your oil or brakes, you can use my shop after signing an agreement. -- Internet: 2gb/s Google fiber -- Pets: A single pet per occupant may be possible but will have to meet my cat Haku first. He's a thirteen y/o tabby. He's very non-confrontational. If approved, pet has a 200.00 security deposit separate from standard security deposit. -- Specifics: Credit and background check is required as well as income verification. 45.00 application fee 300.00 refundable security deposit. -- Vehicle: Street parking is abundant. This is definitely an area where you will need a car but with a car, it is extremely convenient. When you exit 35 going north or south there are no traffic lights between you and the neighborhood. -- Southpark Meadows is on the opposite side of the highway with Walmart, Target, Best buy, a movie theater, etc. Again no traffic lights to get to the other side of the expressway by car. -- Beautiful nature trail with deer that I look forward to seeing on my daily walks. -- Contact me here with a DM to let me know a little bit about yourself and/or to setup a time to come by and check the place out for yourself.
