It is sort of like having a studio within a large expansive apartment. You'd be sharing a bathroom across the hall from your bedroom. Your bedroom gets lots of daylight throughout the day. The apartment is airy and has wood floors. The kitchen is great, with a dishwasher, gas stove, and fridge/freezer. If you are seeking pots and pans, I have plenty I would be willing to pass along. The base rent is $1250 per month with the lease ending in August; utilities are usually $30-60/month each, and ~$25/month for Internet. Indoor garage parking is also available. There is also ample parking nearby for guests at no charge all weekend and after 8:00pm including street and private parking. There is 24 hour parking with a pass. For amenities you will have access to an outdoor pool, a small gym, and a rooftop deck with amazing views across the Potomac to D. C. We are three young female professionals in our early 20s looking for a fourth roommate to sign a 12 month lease with us in the London House building of London Normandy Apartments in Rosslyn. The available room is the large master bedroom with attached bath. The room has a personal heating/air control and walk-in closet. It currently fits two queen sized beds with plenty of extra space. The apartment itself is incredibly spacious and has never felt crowded in the past year we have lived here. The location is also incredible. The picture windows of the bedroom have a view of all the monuments, the Potomac, the Kennedy Center, and Roosevelt Island. It is located only 2 blocks from the Rosslyn metro station (Blue, Orange, and Silver lines) with access busses and the circulator system that takes you into Georgetown and DuPont. Close to many restaurants, only 1 block away from a CVS, and approximately a 10 minute walk to Safeway. Parking is available for an extra fee pending application. $1100, plus utilities, per month. $200 application/lease change fee About us: Three 23 year old female professionals.
