The main floor features a private bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom, ideal for those preferring to avoid stairs. Upstairs, two additional private bedrooms each contain a king bed. The expansive fourth bedroom is designed for children and groups, equipped with a queen bed, a single bed, a bunk bed with a trundle, and two chairs that convert into twin beds. Two full bathrooms upstairs serve these rooms. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and all necessary cookware for preparing large family meals. High-speed WiFi and cozy living spaces ensure a relaxing indoor experience. There is plenty of parking in the driveway for up to four cars, with extra parking available along the road. Situated on a very quiet private road on Lake Butte des Morts, this home is just minutes from Omro and Oshkosh, providing convenient access to groceries and shopping. Omro is approximately 5 to 10 minutes away, Oshkosh is about 10 to 15 minutes away, and the EAA grounds are also about 10 to 15 minutes away. Lake Butte des Morts is renowned for its excellent fishing, particularly for walleye, northern pike, and perch, as well as bass, musky, and sturgeon, and is also ideal for boating and paddling. Nearby Omro offers Scott Park on a 7-acre island in the Fox River with shoreline fishing, a playground, and picnic areas, plus an ice rink in winter. Families will also enjoy the Omro Aquatic Center.
