I give brio building 5/5 stars in every aspect. The management has been great with questions or concerns. The other tenants are friendly. I also love that they are pet friendly. I welcomed a new puppy since starting my lease and the process of adding them was seamless and easy.

My experience at Brio has been wonderful. The apartment is functional, clean, and well designed. The windows are huge, giving you lots of nice sunlight. All the appliances are pretty new and work well. The property manager has been friendly, responsive, and so helpful whenever I had any issues. It's very convenient to have the coop right downstairs. In terms of location, you are just a 10 minute walk from lots of restaurants/bars/coffee shops on Main Street and you are so close to a beautiful walking path along the river!
