The apartment building itself is so convenient, as it has its own gym, package room, underground parking, and is in a really great area. The individual units are very modern and the appliances are brand new. The view outlooking the river is fantastic, and the large windows allow for so much natural light. The property manger is very helpful and professional. The only complaint would be that the fire alarm is very sensitive in our unit and goes off pretty much every time we use the oven, but there is a button that can easily be pushed to stop the alarm, and I guess it's better to be overly safe than not!

New construction. Luxury living, great management. Timely response to maintenance issues. Well lit underground parking with spacious stalls. Workout area, secured bike storage. Restaurants nearby, as are the Food Co-Op and new Shell convenience store. Check it out
