While dogs are allowed with a pet fee, cats and other pets are not accepted. Dogs must be kept off all furniture and beds, fully housebroken, and cleaned up after outside. Nestled in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood, this home is great for walking around and just a short drive to Downtown Oshkosh. Uber and Lyft are always available and abundant for convenient transportation. The house is entirely yours to enjoy, and we are just a text or phone call away if something should come up. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind in the home, and violation of this rule will result in a $250 fine. No parties are allowed, and guests are asked to take off shoes when entering and treat the home with respect, leaving it in the same good, working condition as found.
