The open-concept living and dining area features sleek LED lighting, contemporary furnishings, and warm wood accents, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stovetop, microwave, full-size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and electric kettle. Both bathrooms are equipped with a full bath with shower, fresh towels, toiletries, and a vanity with a mirror and sink. Oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Vehicles that may be turned away include those with breathalyzers, makeshift or unsafe controls, faulty brakes, large vehicles such as sprinter vans, extended vans, vans with 10+ passengers, or any vehicle taller than 6’8”, dually trucks or service vehicles with wide wheel wells, lockers, or containers that are difficult to maneuver, vehicles with aftermarket lifts, oversized rims, or oversized tires, and motorcycles or tricycles lacking standard car-type controls. Pets are welcome depending on size with a cleaning fee that applies per pet: $35 per pet, per night for 1–4 nights, $250 per pet for 5–29 nights, and $400 per pet for 30+ nights. A $69 damage protection fee is included, covering accidental damages up to $150. This apartment is ideally situated in the heart of the city, offering easy access to top restaurants, cafes, parks, and cultural attractions. Enjoy the vibrant city views and explore everything Dallas has to offer. All guests must sign a rental agreement and provide a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. Guests must complete a background check if requested by the property management or owner and complete the verification process to receive check-in instructions. All required information must be submitted within 24 hours of booking (or 1 hour for same-day reservations). Reservations that do not meet verification requirements may be canceled. We are not responsible for any building maintenance or repair issues during your stay.
