Unauthorized gatherings may result in immediate cancellation without refund. The primary guest is responsible for all visitors and any damages caused. Do not flush anything that may cause plumbing issues or pour grease down the drain. Items can be shipped within 1 week of discovery, with the guest paying shipping plus a $30 handling fee for domestic shipping only. Any additional guests must be approved in advance, and unauthorized extra guests may result in cancellation without refund. The property has a maximum occupancy limit. For 7 or more guests, a $20 per person fee applies. The primary guest is responsible for all damages. Late checkout must be requested and approved in advance, with up to 2 extra hours available for $50 if approved, and unapproved late checkout incurring a $60 per hour fee. Propane is not provided for the grill; guests are welcome to refill or exchange the tank if they wish to use it. Smoking indoors incurs a $250 cleaning fee and is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Please clean up and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
