Enjoy bright and airy living spaces, a sparkling private pool, and a soothing hot tub. Pets are welcome with a $99 non-refundable pet fee per stay per pet, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. A late checkout may be available for up to 2 extra hours for $50, if requested and approved in advance. For the charcoal grill, guests are welcome to bring their own charcoal. For the propane grill, guests are welcome to refill or exchange the tank. Situated in the desirable Ocean View neighborhood of Norfolk, this beach house offers easy access to the shore, making it perfect for beach days and enjoying the coastal atmosphere. Large gatherings, parties, or events are not allowed. Quiet hours must be respected from 10 PM to 8 AM. Unauthorized gatherings may result in immediate cancellation without refund. The primary guest is responsible for all visitors and any damages caused. Do not flush anything that may cause plumbing issues and do not pour grease down the drain. Forgotten personal items can be shipped within 1 week of discovery, with the guest paying for shipping plus a $30 handling fee for domestic shipping only. Any additional guests must be approved in advance; unauthorized extra guests will incur a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the agreed-upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour late checkout fee. Smoking indoors incurs a $250 fee and is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. A $250 fee will be applied if charcoal is used in a propane grill. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee per pet. Excessive dirty dishes will incur a $50 fee. A missing towel will incur a $20 fee per towel. Drug paraphernalia, bodily fluid or waste, glitter or confetti, and unauthorized parties/large gatherings will incur additional cleaning fees.
