Designed with families and groups in mind, this 2300 sq ft home offers an open concept layout. The living area flows easily into the dining space, where seating for 8 makes shared meals and conversations effortless. The kitchen is a fully equipped space where you can prepare meals at your own pace, complete with a dining table for gathering and a Keurig coffee machine. The home includes air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, an indoor fireplace, bathroom essentials, a washer and free dryer, and clothing storage. This home is pet-friendly with a $99 non-refundable pet fee, supports long-term stays, and offers self check-in with a smart lock, as well as cleaning available during stay for added flexibility. Free parking is available in the garage on premises. A crib and Pack ’n play/Travel crib are available for younger guests. You’re just 5 minutes from local restaurants, 10 minutes to shopping, and within a short drive of nearby beaches, 15 minutes to Ocean View Beach and 22 minutes to Virginia Beach. A private entrance allows for easy access, and free street parking adds convenience. Additional fees will apply for smoking indoors ($250), vomit/bodily fluid or waste ($250), illegal drug paraphernalia ($250), glitter or confetti ($200), unauthorized pets ($200 per pet), dirty dishes ($50), and missing towels ($20 per towel). Dogs are allowed with a maximum of two dogs during your stay, but pets must not be left alone, must be picked up after in the yard, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. Evidence of pets on the furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees. No cats are allowed. Quiet hours must be maintained between 10pm-8am. Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning and sanitation fee, covering deep cleaning, allergy treatment, odor removal, and extra turnover time. If additional guests are brought beyond original reservation guest total and the partner is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund and guests will be required to leave the property. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the partner) will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late checkout fee. Includes a dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi.
