Welcome to the Homey Haven, a 2300 sq ft home tailor-made for a big family to enjoy a gathering or a getaway! Feel at home in this property that features 3 beds and 2 1/2 baths. Enjoy an open-concept space, indoor/outdoor dining, and cozy bedrooms. This home features dining for 8, an outdoor projector and firepit, a BBQ, a child-proof interior, children's amenities like cribs and highchairs, and a fireplace. Dogs are allowed with a maximum of two dogs during your stay for a $99 non-refundable pet fee. This home is conveniently located just 5 minutes from restaurants, 10 minutes from shopping, 15 minutes from OV Beach, and 22 minutes from VA Beach. Smoking indoors will incur an additional fee of $250. Vomit/bodily fluid or waste, illegal drug paraphernalia will incur a $250 fee. Glitter or confetti will incur a $200 fee. Unauthorized pets will incur a $200 fee per pet. Dirty dishes will incur a $50 fee. Missing towels will incur a $20 fee per towel. Pets must not be left alone during your stay, you must pick up after your pet in the yard, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. No noise complaints are allowed due to pets from neighbors. Evidence of pets on the furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees. No cats are allowed at this property. Quiet hours must be maintained between 10 pm and 8 am. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late checkout fee. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation will result in a $75 fee per person. Parking is limited to four vehicles. Includes a dedicated office with speedy Wi-Fi.
