This home features an indoor fireplace and a foosball table for cozy fun, along with a private patio and backyard oasis. The fully equipped kitchen boasts an island, a coffee bar, and a smart TV. Inside, unwind by the fireplace, challenge friends to a game of foosball, or enjoy board games and books for relaxed evenings. Dogs are allowed with a maximum of two dogs during your stay, with a $99 non-refundable pet fee. Off-street parking is provided. Just a two-minute walk to the beach, you can easily enjoy surfing, strolling, or listening to the waves. Within five minutes, you'll find local restaurants, and a ten-minute walk leads to a coffee shop and grocery store. The Navy Base is fifteen minutes away, and shopping options are available within eighteen minutes, offering a perfect balance of convenience and a peaceful residential feel. Smoking is permitted outside the property in designated outdoor areas. Please clean up afterward and properly dispose of cigarette butts. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 08:00. Unauthorized pets will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning & sanitation fee. Additional fees apply for smoking indoors ($250), vomit/bodily fluid or waste ($250), illegal drug paraphernalia ($250), glitter or confetti ($200), and dirty dishes ($50). A missing towel will incur a $20 fee per towel. Pets must be disclosed before arrival and listed on the reservation. Service dogs must be compliant with ADA rules and kept in control at all times. Pets must not be left alone, and you must pick up after your pet in the yard. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Evidence of pets on furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees. Cats are not allowed. Do not flush anything that will cause a plumbing issue and do not pour grease down the drain. Forgotten personal items may be shipped within one week of discovery, with the guest responsible for shipping costs plus a $30 fee. Shipping is only domestic. If additional guests are joining the original reservation guest count, please contact immediately. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person. Guest is responsible for damages caused by their party. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour (pro-rated) late checkout fee.
