⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I've been living here for almost 2 years and recently faced an issue with my dishwasher. Jonathan was extremely polite and efficient in addressing the issue, and he even followed up with me to ensure everything was working fine. Lisa was very accommodating, especially considering it was the weekend and close to closing time. She's always been supportive, helping me schedule maintenance when needed. Megan in the office is another gem. She's consistently available, answering calls and even assisting me in determining the size of my mattress so I could purchase the right sheets. Both the office and maintenance staff go above and beyond to ensure I'm well taken care of. Highly recommend this wonderful team!

Proximity is amazing! I found a great living option that takes pets and is affordable for those on a budget! It’s super close to Sentara and they have a parking garage, key fob only building access, suites with private bedrooms/bathrooms and washer dryers in the apt. Rent is way under what it is at every other place I’ve looked. The amenities are amazing too! There is a theater as well as a gorgeous pool!
