It's also a quick 3-minute drive to Raymond James Stadium. Noise detectors are located in the apartment to monitor noise levels, and surveillance cameras monitor common areas. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. A noise curfew is in effect from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends, with penalties for violations including a warning, a $100 fine, or immediate eviction. Guests are required to complete an online check-in form, providing personal information, a valid government-issued ID, and a selfie for verification. Self-check-in and check-out are managed via a smart lock. Guests must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage, and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot. Unregistered guests are not allowed entry. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. Mail orders cannot be accepted at the building; a PO Box at the local USPS is recommended. The "twin bed" listed as an additional bed in the common area is an air mattress. Includes a 50" HD Smart TV and hotel-caliber pillows for a comfortable sleep.
