It's a quiet neighborhood, full of locals and tucked in between the intercoastal Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. The beach is a 2-minute walk following the boardwalk across the street. This property is attached to the Okaloosa Island Beach Access #1 Boardwalk that goes directly to the Gulf of Mexico's beautiful sugar-white warm sandy beach and the intercostal waterway near the Brooks Bridge. The Santa Rosa Sound is a minute or two on the opposite side, also connected to the boardwalk. Okaloosa Island is known for less crowded beaches and is about 10-15 minutes from Destin depending on traffic. This neighborhood is located near restaurants and bars. Locals must communicate with the host before booking. Guests shall remove shoes when inside the home. The property is treated regularly for pests; however, you may come across tropical insects, amphibians, and fish. The guest agrees to pay a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after check-out. Pets are not allowed at this property. No events or vendors are allowed at the property.
