This luxurious townhouse offers a beautiful private two-story patio tucked away in the back for ultimate peace and privacy. Please note that this townhouse has a steep staircase that may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern black stainless steel appliances, including a French door refrigerator with an ice maker, an air fryer stove, and a pot filler above the stove. A premium Keurig coffee machine with a milk frother and a coffee filter attachment is also provided. This retreat offers a state-of-the-art RainSoft water filtration system that provides the purest and softest water. The separate faucet next to the main one dispenses the highest quality reverse osmosis water for hydrating and cooking. The upstairs washer is designed with an O3 water infuser, which washes your clothes without the need for detergent. The HVAC system has also been treated to ensure that the air is pure and healthy. The living room is the perfect place to gather, with handmade tractor seat barstools, an ottoman, a bench, and a 1920's imported antique barn door. Relax on the comfortable leather sofa in front of the 55-inch RoKu television, or work from the privacy of the closet-turned-office area. The beach is a 2-minute walk following the boardwalk across the street. This property is attached to the Okaloosa Island Beach Access #1 Boardwalk that goes directly to the Gulf of Mexico's beautiful sugar-white warm sandy beach and the intercostal waterway near the Brooks Bridge. The Santa Rosa Sound is a minute or two on the opposite side, also connected to the boardwalk. Okaloosa Island is known for less crowded beaches and is about 10-15 minutes from Destin depending on traffic. This neighborhood is located near restaurants and bars. Guests can get around Okaloosa Island by car, bike, or on foot. There are also several local shuttle services available for transportation to nearby attractions and restaurants. Additionally, the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier is within walking distance. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
