My tour guide, Nathan Demmer, was very informative and knew the questions prior to me asking them. It was like he was reading my mind. The leasing office was very welcoming and charming. I was able to crack some jokes and see genuine smiles.

This place is soooo nice and well maintained. The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. They plan monthly events for their tenants and are pet friendly. So yes, some events involve your fur babies as well. I sooo love everything about this place. The colony house is exactly where you want to be.
