You will absolutely love this traditional 2-story home located in the popular Longwood subdivision. There are very few newer homes in this area with a yard this big, lots of room for cookouts in the summer and for pets. Located near the end of the street this is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The trees and beautiful front porch give you a country charm. Home is convenient to work and play, both bases are within minutes as are two golf courses. This home also features plenty of room inside with 4 bedrooms, an office or library room, formal dining room, a nice large kitchen and a family room with fireplace. ADT Security wiring and satellite dish already installed and available should tenants choose to activate and pay for. Yard building for owner use only. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis. Smoking is not allowed in this property. For pet friendly properties, we use petscreening. com to determine the pet rent amount and deposits. Pet rent is not included in the basic rent. Enrollment in the Resident Benefits Package is required. Enrollment includes Renters Insurance, Move-In Concierge to set up utilities for you, regular Air Filter Delivery to your door, Identity Protection, and more for a cost of $50 monthly.
