This studio offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico right from your balcony. This studio is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a king-size bed, kitchenette, and a 50" smart TV. The kitchen area includes a countertop bar, microwave, portable double burner, sink, and all the necessary cookware and utensils. The upgraded bathroom boasts a walk-in shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, and essential toiletries. Guests have access to the swimming pool, fitness center, shuffleboard courts, outdoor picnic and grilling areas, on-site laundry facilities, and free parking. Okaloosa Island is a lovely beach community located in the Florida Panhandle, surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico to the south and Choctawhatchee Bay to the north. Known for its beautiful beaches and crystal-clear waters, it's a popular destination for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports. The nearest public beach access is just steps away at Okaloosa Island Beach Access Five - Doris Jordan Freeway Beachwalk. There are also plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops in the area, as well as attractions like the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, Wild Willy's Adventure Zone, and the Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island. The Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) is approximately 12 miles away. There is a strict no smoking policy inside the condo or on the balcony. Luggage carts are available in the lobby. The Islander has a strict policy on noise levels, so please be considerate of your neighbors during your stay. The heating and cooling system runs off a boiler system. When the weather outside is below 68 degrees, the heat will automatically turn on whether it's on cool or heat. If you'd like hot air to stop blowing, simply turn the system off and open the balcony door to cool the space. You must be over 22 to book and stay on the property. If you need extra blankets or pillows, there is an extra linen fee of $40. The condo is equipped with a starter kit of basic supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap. Guests may need to purchase additional supplies depending on the length of their stay.
