The HOA is currently completing exterior maintenance on parts of the building, and you may occasionally see workers or hear daytime construction noise during your stay. Guest agrees to pay a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after check out. There are to be no pets on the property except with prior written authorization, and a $100 pet fee will be applied once your pet(s) are approved for the reservation. Guests who bring a pet or pets without approval will be charged a $300 pet fee and immediately evicted from the property without refund for the remaining days on reservation. If dogs waste is not picked up from the yard you will be charged a $250 fee. No events or vendors are allowed on the property. The property is equipped with a state-of-the-art contactless entry system. Once you book, you will receive detailed check-in instructions along with your 4 digit access code granting you access the minute your reservation begins.
